As a thriving 25+ year consultant and adviser in the industry, CoachLeah founded the Institute for Arts & Academic Leadership and Academic eXcellence, LLC [AALAX] in the Spring of 2015. 

​

Through AALAX, CoachLeah shares optimal performance strategies for youth programming to fine and performing arts entities, private, charter, and public schools and school districts, high school leagues, professional sports leagues, and grass roots organizations.

Back down memory lane...

In October, 2015 AALAX was retained by the Texas Christian Athletic League [T*CAL] – with CoachLeah

serving in the top role as Director of Athletics. T*CAL served over 100 middle schools, high schools, and academic entities, primarily in the state of Texas, including current NBA player, Jarred Vanderbilt's alma mater, Victory Prep Academy, and "Coach Prime," Deion Sanders' Prime Prep Academy. 

 

In Spring 2017, Genesis Christian School [GCS], a T*CAL [PreK – 12] member school, hired CoachLeah for the role of Administrator of Athletic Programming. AALAX's proven results of Activity Based Instructional strategies were implemented to provide a solid K-12 physical education and varsity sports foundation for GCS.
